THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing, with the Decision issued on April 15, 2024, Final Order (“Order”) issued on July 8, 2024 and Amended Final Order issued on July 19, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant on September 16, 2024 that the Township had not complied with the Tribunal’s Order to assign a number to the By-law amending By-law 2014-75;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Order is hereby amended in accordance with Rule 1.7 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure and sub-subsection 34(26)(b) of the Planning Act, by replacing the final paragraph of the Order with:
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal is allowed and the Tribunal hereby amends Township of Georgian Bay By-law 2014-75 in the manner set out in its Order dated July 8, 2024, as amended by its Order dated July 19, 2024.
In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Order remain the same.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”).
