THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing and after the hearing, the Ontario Land Tribunal as formerly constituted as the Ontario Municipal Board in its Decision issued October 29, 2014 granted approval to the Zoning By-laws and draft plans, as well as draft plan conditions for various lands;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from the owner of the lands described in Paragraph 1 of Attachment 19 to the Decision and the Municipality to revise the legal description of the lands, in order reflect the new legal description rising from the granting of a severance of the lands into two separate parcel and that Paragraph 1 of Attachment 19 be replaced with the following:
This approval applies to the proposed draft plan of subdivision located at Pin 58360-0156, 58360-0161, 58360-0162, 58360-0163, 58360-0167 including parts 3 and 5 on plan 51R-44182, Save and except Parts 1, 2 and 4 on plan 51R-44182 and Pin 58360-0154 Including parts 1, 2 and 4 on plan 51R-44182., prepared by MHBC Planning and dated April 12, 2019, which includes the following:
