AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY C. HARDY AND S. BRAUN
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on June 22, 2023, is hereby amended.
2By deleting paragraph [14] from the Decision:
14Persons who experience technical difficulties accessing the GoToMeeting application or who only wish to listen to the event can connect to the event by calling into an audio-only telephone line.
3And replacing it with the following:
14Persons who experience technical difficulties accessing the GoToMeeting application or who only wish to listen to the event can connect to the event by calling into an audio-only telephone line: +1 (647) 497-9373 or 1-888-299-1889. The access code is 692-665-589.
4In all other respects the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
