AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY W. DANIEL BEST
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on July 31, 2022, is hereby amended.
2By deleting paragraph [7] from the Decision, and replacing it with the following:
7THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeals are allowed in part and the Town of New Tecumseth By-law 2021-165 and the Town of New Tecumseth By-law 2021-166 are hereby amended by replacing their current Schedules B and C with amended Schedules B and C now set out in Attachment 1 to this Order.
3In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
