AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY D.S. COLBOURNE
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on July 17, 2023, is hereby amended as follows:
(a) By amending the Claimant 1’s name listed in the Title of Proceedings as well as the OLT Case Name and deleting and replacing it with the revised Title of Proceedings now shown in this Amending Decision; and
(b) By also deleting paragraph [13] on page 4 of the Decision and replacing it with the following:
13The Tribunal Orders that the City will produce all documents 30 days before Monday, September 25, 2023.
2In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
