1This first Case Management Conference (“CMC”) was convened for Dunpar’s appeal to Oakville’s Town-wide Development Charges By-law No. 2022.068.
2No issues were raised regarding Notice of this CMC. The Town’s Affidavit of Service was marked as Exhibit 1.
3No requests for Party or Participant status were received.
4Dunpar and Oakville advised that they have discussed and agreed on a timeline to move this appeal to a hearing on the merits. At their request, the Tribunal directed that:
Dunpar provide a draft Issues List to the Town by Monday, August 14, 2023; and
a second CMC by Telephone Conference Call (“TCC”) is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at which a final draft Procedural Order will be considered for approval.
5The Parties are aware that Tribunal-led mediation is available should they wish to engage in settlement discussions for some or all of the appeal.
