AND THE TRIBUNAL in accordance with Rule 15.1 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, having issued letters dated May 18, 2023 and June 15, 2023 to notify

AND THE TRIBUNAL having made further attempts dated June 26, June 29, July 6, July 10, July 13 and July 14, 2023 to notify 1919187 Ontario Limited of the outstanding fee;
AND THE TRIBUNAL not having received the appeal fee from 1919187 Ontario Limited;
THE TRIBUNAL HEREBY ORDERS in accordance with Section 19(1)(a) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, S.O. 2021, c. 4, Sched. 6, that the appeal by 1919187 Ontario Limited is dismissed.
