Order
THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a Case Management Conference regarding the lands municipally known as 350 Franklin Boulevard, 352 Franklin Boulevard and 500 Main Street in Cambridge, Ontario (“Subject Property”);
THIS MATTER having been subject to a Decision of the Tribunal dated October 4, 2022;
AND WHEREAS Edmund Patrick Taylor, Mary Alma Corbett, and Linda Margaret Taylor (the “Claimants”) are the owners of the Subject Property;
AND WHEREAS Linda Margaret Taylor (“Ms. Taylor”) passed away on the 3rd day of August 2022;
AND WHEREAS the Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee with a Will issued by the Superior Court of Justice at Kitchener appointed the following individuals as the Estate Trustees of Ms. Taylor’s estate:
i. John Philip Taylor;
ii. Edmund Patrick Taylor;
iii. Mary Alma Corbett;
iv. David Forte; and
v. Walter Ferguson, incorrectly named in the Will as Watler Ferguson.
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that this proceeding shall continue, and that the title of proceeding in all documents issued, served, or filed after the date of this Order be as follows:
