THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a public hearing on January 27, 2023 and the Tribunal, in its written decision issued on May 3, 2023 (the “Decision”) that the appeal to amend By-law No. 2-2009, as amended of the Township of Amaranth is granted in part and in principle and the Parties shall submit a final draft of the Zoning By-law Amendment for Tribunal review and final approval within 60 days of the issuance of this Decision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received the final draft of the Zoning By-law Amendment;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the final draft of the Zoning By-law Amendment in Attachment “1” is approved. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk of the Township of Amaranth to assign a number to this by-law for record keeping purposes;
THE TRIBUNAL may be spoken to in the event that the Parties have any difficulty in implementing this Decision and Order.
