THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing;
AND THE TRIBUANL having issued a Decision dated October 2, 2019 to revise and replace the conditions to the draft Plan of Subdivision contained in the Tribunal’s Order issued on September 27, 2018 as set out in Attachment 1 of the Decision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from Rondax Holdings Inc. for a further three (3) year extension to draft plan approval;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received the consent of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio for a three (3) year extension, and after reviewing the request;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that approval for draft plan is extended for further three (3) years up to and inclusive of October 2, 2026.
