AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY S. BRAUN ON FEBRUARY 17, 2023
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on March 14, 2023 is hereby amended as provided for herein.
2The List of Appearances in the Decision is amended to add S. Kaufman, who was inadvertently omitted from the List, as additional Counsel appearing on behalf of three (3) of the identified Parties. The three Parties, with the corrected identification of all legal counsel, are now identified in the corrected List of Appearances set out above in this Amending Decision.
3In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
