THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that:
- In accordance with subsection 34(31) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended (the "Planning Act"), By-law No. 2022-007 shall be deemed to have come into force on the day it was passed, February 28, 2022, for those lands in the Town of Collingwood known municipally on the date of this Order as:
a. 70 First Street; and
b. 510 First Street.
THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that:
- In accordance with subsection 38(6.1) of the Planning Act, the following lands in the Town of Collingwood are removed from the area covered by Interim Control By-law No. 2021- 024, as amended, without affecting that by-law's continued application to other lands under the same subsection 38(6.1):
a. 70 First Street; and
b. 510 First Street.
