THIS MATTER having been heard by the then-Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (now, the Ontario Land Tribunal, or the “Tribunal”) on November 18, 2020
AND THE TRIBUNAL, in its Order issued August 24, 2022, having approved the Official Plan Amendment and attached as ‘Attachment 1’ to the Order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by the City of Toronto and the Applicant that there is a missing diagram from the Approved OPA (Attachment 1 of the Tribunal Order);
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the corrected version of the OPA with all attachments attached as Schedule A to this Order replaces Attachment 1 from the Tribunal’s decision issued on August 24, 2022.
The Order issued on August 24, 2022 otherwise remain unchanged, including the effective date of August 9, 2022.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
