AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY G. BURTON AND D.S. COLBOURNE
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on February 13, 2023 is hereby amended.
2By correcting the day of the week for the scheduled Case Management Conferences from Wednesday, March 9, 2023 to Thursday, March 9, 2023 as stated in paragraphs [6], [8] and [13], as shown in this Amending Decision,
3By deleting paragraph [6], [8[ and [13] from the Decision:
6Mr. Sperduti asked for three days’ hearing time. The Tribunal settled on Wednesday, March 9, 2023 for another CMC, with service of the Notice of Grounds 15 days from January 20, 2023 and Response, if any, within 30 days of January 20, 2023.
8A further CMC will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2023
13The Tribunal may be spoken to if any issues arise prior to Wednesday, March 9, 2023.
4And replacing it with the following:
