THIS MATTER having been subject to a decision of the Tribunal dated November 29, 2021;
THE TRIBUNAL having been informed that a full settlement has been reached on consent;
THE TRIBUNAL having cancelled the hearing scheduled to commence on November 28, 2022;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS in accordance with the Consent attached to this Order as “Schedule A,” that the claims of the Claimant are hereby withdrawn pursuant to the Minutes of Settlement; and
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the costs payable to the Claimants are either to be agreed upon or assessed by an assessment officer of the Superior Court in accordance with s. 32 of the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.26.
