AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY D.S. COLBOURNE
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on January 10, 2023 is hereby amended.
2By amending the Appearances as now shown above in this Amending Decision, with the addition of “Millcroft Greenspace Alliance” as a Party represented by “Daintry Klein”
3By deleting paragraph [1] from the Decision:
1The Case Management Conference (“CMC”) was conducted on November 7, 2022. The representative of the Millcroft Greens Corporation had difficulty connecting to the meeting.
4And replacing it with the following:
