THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal and a Case Management Conference has been scheduled for December 15, 2023 to address appeals filed by 38 Walmer Road LP / Trustees of the Walmer Road Baptist Church with respect to the property in the City of Toronto and known municipally 38 Walmer Road and 188 Lowther Avenue;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from 2114778 Ontario Inc., on the consent of all parties, to provide for the confidentiality of certain material proposed to be filed by 2114778 Ontario Inc. on December 14, 2023 in its Motion in this matter as reply to the Notices of Response to Motion therein;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the contents of such filing will be considered and maintained as strictly confidential by all parties in this proceeding pending a further ruling by the Tribunal on the information and material in such reply.
