1This was the first Case Management Conference (“CMC”) in this matter conducted on October 4, 2023. Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry did not appear but remains as a party. As matters appear to be developing, another CMC is suggested and that is set for Friday, January 12, 2024 at 10 a.m. for one (1) day.
2Although mediation was mentioned, the hearing is set for Monday, April 29, 2024 at 10 a.m. for five (5) days. The parties should continue to update the Tribunal.

4Parties and participants are asked to log into the video hearing at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections.
