THESE MATTERS having come on for hearing and the Tribunal having issued it’s decision on February 25, 2019 approving the requested draft plan of subdivision, subject to the fulfillment of the associated draft conditions, which were subject to a lapsing period of three (3) years;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from LTM Land Corp. and the City of Peterborough to extend the lapsing period for an additional three (3) years; and having reviewed the documents from the Parties in support of the request;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the time when approval of the draft plan of subdivision and the draft conditions shall lapse is extended from February 25, 2022 for an additional three (3) year such that the next date, by which time the plans of subdivision must be registered, is now February 25, 2025.
