THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing and the Tribunal having issued a Decision on April 10, 2014 and Order issued on February 12, 2016 granted the draft plan of subdivision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued a Decision on February 13, 2019 granting the extension to the lapsing date for a period of three years to February 11, 2022;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from Milton Meadows Properties Inc., for a one (1) year extension to the lapsing date to February 10, 2023 for draft plan approval;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received consent of the Town of Milton and Regional Municipality of Halton, supporting a one (1) year extension, and after reviewing the request;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the request to extend the lapsing provisions on the draft plan of subdivision to February 10, 2023 is granted.
