THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing, and the Ontario Land Tribunal in its Decision issued on December 17, 2021 (the “Decision”) having allowed the appeal of the Zoning By-law Amendments in part and having issued an Interim Order approving the Zoning By-law Amendments in principle and withholding its Final Order pending the satisfaction of certain conditions, as set out in paragraphs 61 and 62 of the Decision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having now been advised that the draft zoning by-law amendments have been finalized and that the conditions for the release of the Tribunal’s Final Order on the zoning by-law amendments have been satisfied;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the final form of zoning by-law amendments to the Town of Huntsville’s Zoning By-law No. 2008-66P, as amended, attached hereto as Attachments “1” and “2”, respectively, are approved.
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Tribunal may be spoken to in the event that some matter should arise in connection with the implementation of this Order.
