MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY D.S. COLBOURNE ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2022 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
Party status was sought by Suncor, essentially to continue to be apprised of future changes/alterations to the proposed development and to monitor as to how they would affect Suncor property.
Participant status was also sought by Emilia Kolodko resident in a neighbouring property.
Although no formal request was made her sister Joanna also wished participant status.
Neither NHD or the City had any objection to party status for Suncor, nor participant status for Emilia and Joanna Kolodko. The Tribunal grants party status to Suncor and participant status to Emilia and Joanna Kolodko.
