THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing;

AND THE BOARD having issued a Decision dated August 20, 2010 amends Condition 35 of Decision/Order No. 1339 issued on September 18, 2000 as amended by Decision No. 0883 on June 30 2003, Decision No. 1495 on September 15, 2004, Decision No. 0298 on February 11, 2005 and by Decision No. 2549 issued September 18, 2007 by granting a further extension of the lapsing date up to and inclusive of September 22, 2013;

AND THE BOARD having issued an Order on July 12, 2013 extending the approval for draft plan 43T-99006 for a further three (3) years up to and inclusive of September 22, 2016;

AND THE BOARD having issued an Order on September 14, 2016 extending the approval for draft plan 43T-99006 for a further three (3) years up to and inclusive of September 22, 2019;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued an Order on June 24, 2019 extending the approval for draft plan 43T-99006 for a further three (3) years up to and inclusive of September 22, 2022;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from Corbett Land Strategies Inc., on behalf of LIV (Hawk Ridge) GP, for a further three (3) year extension to draft plan approval and amendments to the Draft Plan Condition;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having received consent of both the County of Simcoe and the Township of Severn for a three (3) year extension and amended Draft Plan Conditions, and after reviewing the request;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that approval for draft plan 43T-99006 is extended for further three (3) years up to and inclusive of September 22, 2025 and amends the Draft Plan Conditions attached as ‘Schedule A’ to this Order.
