THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal due to an appeal against the passing of By-law 2021-7194 by the Town of Parry Sound, and a hearing having been adjourned to allow the Applicant to submit an Official Plan Application to the Town of Parry Sound, and the Tribunal having been advised on September 7, 2022, that the Applicant has withdrawn the application for a Zoning By-Law Amendment;
AND THE TRIBUNAL now having no Zoning By-Law Amendment authorized, or to be authorized, under any application/appeal, and the Tribunal no longer having jurisdiction over any application/appeal for a Zoning By-Law Amendment with respect to the property located at 7 McMurray Street & Gibson Street, Parry Sound;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that its file is now closed.
