THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a public hearing and the Tribunal having issued its Decision on February 14, 2013 and an amending Decision on March 19, 2013 wherein the Tribunal allowed the appeals in part;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having previously delegated to the City of North Bay the final approval for the associated draft plan of subdivision (“Subdivision”) in its Order dated December 24, 2015 (“Order”), attached as Attachment “1”;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been provided by the applicant a request to extend the timeline as to when the Subdivision conditions must be fulfilled along with a resolution from Council for the City of North Bay indicating their support of the request;
THE TRIBUNAL hereby amends the conditions of the draft plan of subdivision by amending Condition #3 of the Order, so that approval of the Subdivision is extended to December 24, 2028. In all other respects the previous Order remains in force and effect.
