1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on July 04, 2022, is now amended with the correct Title of Proceeding now shown above in this Amending Decision. The amended Title of Proceeding now states the correct Purpose of the initial application “To permit creation of 2 non-farm residential lots”, which was inadvertently mis-referenced.
