THIS MATTER having come on for a hearing before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, now continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”), on August 26, 2019;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having allowed the appeal in part and issued an approval in principle of the Zoning By-law Amendments in its Decision dated August 27, 2019, subject to the conditions referred to in Paragraph 17c of such Decision (the “Conditions”);
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by the Appellant and the City Solicitor that the proposed Zoning By-law Amendments are in a form satisfactory to the City of Toronto;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the Appellant has satisfied the Conditions to the satisfaction of the City of Toronto;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal of the Zoning By-law Amendment is allowed in part, and former City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 438-86 and City of Toronto Zoning By-law No. 569-2013 are amended in accordance with Attachment 1 and Attachment 2, respectively, to this Order, and the Clerk of the City of Toronto is directed to assign by-law numbers to the Zoning By-law Amendments for record-keeping purposes;

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”).
