THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a hearing and the Tribunal having issued a Decision and Order dated March 24, 2022, that allowed the Appeals and withheld final approval pending the finalization of the Official Plan Amendment and the Zoning By-law Amendment and to address the requirement in paragraph 101 of the decision, namely that the City of Burlington and the Applicant to work out the expectations of a Section 37 contribution.
THE TRIBUNAL having reviewed the final form of the Official Plan Amendment and the Zoning by-aw Amendment, the latter of which sets out the requirements for the section 37 contribution as is required under the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been requested on consent of the City and the Applicant to issue the final order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Final Order is hereby issued in accordance with the March 24, 2022, decision.
