THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a settlement hearing on the consent of the parties on May 25, 2021, and the Tribunal having received uncontradicted land use planning opinion evidence from Mr. Peter Smith through an affidavit sworn May 21, 2021, and viva voce testimony, regarding the lands located at 655-663 Queen St. W. & 178

THIS MATTER having been the subject of a decision of the Tribunal dated June 2, 2021 wherein it allowed the appeals, and subject to certain conditions which have now been fulfilled;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Zoning By-law No. 438-86 is hereby amended and approved in accordance with Attachment 1 to this Order and is in full force and effect as it applies to the Subject Lands; and
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that Zoning By-law No. 569-2013 is hereby amended and approved in accordance with Attachment 2 to this Order and is in full force and effect as it applies to the Subject Lands.
