Order
THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing and the Tribunal having issued a Decision on June 15, 2020 allowing the appeals in part of an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and draft Plan of Subdivision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL pursuant to subsection 51(56.1) of the Planning Act delegated approval authority for the draft Plan of Subdivision to the Township of King but allowed parties to return to speak to the Tribunal if any difficulties arose;
AND THE TRIBUNAL withholding issuance of the final Order until advised by the parties that the boundary adjustment necessary to finalize the alignment of the access to the site has been completed, and the resulting revision to the amending By-law has been provided to the Tribunal;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the Applicant, with the consent of the Township of King, has adjusted the boundary as necessary to finalize the alignment of the access to the site, revised the amending By-law in accordance with paragraph 19 of the Decision, updated the Draft Plan of Subdivision to appropriately reflect the modified alignment of the access to the site, and met all the preconditions to the issuance of the final Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Official Plan Amendment to the Township of King attached at Attachment 1 is hereby approved, the Zoning By-law Amendment to Zoning By-law 74-53 attached at Attachment 2 is hereby approved, the Zoning By-law Amendment to Zoning By-law 2017-66 attached at Attachment 3 is hereby approved, and the draft Plan of Subdivision attached at Attachment 4 and the related conditions of approval attached at Attachment 5 are hereby approved.
