Memorandum of oral DECISION DELIVERED BY D.s. colbourne and g. burton on november 30, 2021 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
The matters as per the agenda developed by Ms. Dean were as follows.
The first item was consideration of the party status request of Rex Clair. This application had been submitted to the Tribunal and circulated earlier. No parties had any objections to granting Rex Clair party status in this matter. The Tribunal grants party status to Rex Clair.
Ms. Dean raised the question of whether there was any issue with the assumption of the Corsetti appeal by the successor in title of Cobalt to the property at 2237, 2255 and 2283 St. Clair Avenue West in question. No party had an issue, nor does the Tribunal.
As both Cobalt and Rex Clair were anxious to have their matters proceed, they requested a further case management conference (“CMC”) to consider OPA 144 and their respective Zoning By-law Amendment applications in the spring of 2022. They requested a date either in April or May 2022. There appears to be another appellant to the OPA who is not communicating. The City will advise further on the status of that matter so that consideration of these matters could be settled/ finalized.
A further CMC in this matter will commence by video hearing on April 6, 2002 at 10 a.m. One day has been set aside.
Parties and Participants are asked to log into the video hearing at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections:
