THESE MATTERS having come on for a public hearing before the Tribunal on March 18, 2021;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued its Decision and Order on June 21, 2021, which allowed the appeals in part but withheld its Final Order for the properties known municipally in the City of Toronto as 1861 O’Connor Drive, subject to certain conditions being satisfied within 12 months of the issuance of the Tribunal’s Decision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been provided a request, on consent, to extend the deadline of the satisfying the conditions outlined in paragraph [41] of the Tribunal’s June 21, 2021 decision;
NOW THEREFORE THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS, the deadline for satisfying the conditions has been extended to Friday, July 22, 2022.
