AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY R.G.M. MAKUCH
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on April 28, 2022, is hereby amended.
2By amending the Appearances as now shown above in this Amending Decision, with the addition of “Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited” as a Party represented by “A. Pilkington”
3By deleting paragraph [5] from the Decision:
5A request was made and granted to substitute the Appellant in Appeal No. 11 from 2004085 Ontario Inc. to Mattamy Eglington Limited Partnership and to note the change in counsel from Calvin Lance to Andrew Jeanrie.
4And replacing it with the following:
