1The Hearing of Necessity was scheduled for May 18, 2022, but was changed to a Case Management Conference (“CMC”).
2Counsel for Shanontown Developments Inc. (“Requestor”) had changed just a week before this date. Matthew Owen-King requested the matter be scheduled a few weeks hence. The Tribunal had suggested two weeks in June for the one-day hearing.
3After discussion dealing with the unavailability of witnesses, one for each of the weeks the Requestor offered, one of three days June 15,16, or 17. Mr. Owen-King is to advise which day.
4Mr. Owen King advised that Wednesday, June 15, 2022 was satisfactory to both Parties.
5The hearing is scheduled to proceed by video on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 10 a.m.
