THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a motion in writing and the Tribunal having been advised by the sole appellant of Zoning By-law Amendment No. 2021-055 (“the ZBA”) that it wishes to scope its appeal to apply only to those properties known municipally as 11, 33 and 34, Perdue Court in the Town of Caledon;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that pursuant to s. 34(31) of the Planning Act, that the ZBA shall be deemed to have come into force on all lands in the Town of Caledon save and except for the lands known as 11, 33 and 34 Perdue Court, on the day the By-law was passed, being June 22, 2021;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Tribunal may be spoken to should any matters arise respecting the implementation of this Order.
