MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY CARMINE TUCCI ON MAY 4, 2022 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
INTRODUCTION
1This is the second Case Management Conference (“CMC”)Held for the purpose of receiving status updates from both parties to organize the hearing of these appeals.
2The Tribunal was advised that Yonge Ridge Homeowners’ Association wish change their status from that of Party to that of Participant. The request was granted.
3Ms. Pepino informed the Tribunal that an appeal under s. 17(40) of the Planning Act (additional Official Plan Amendment Appeal “OPA Appeal”) relating to the same proposed development and thatas of the date of issuing the Decision this additional OPA Appeal is now validated and before the Tribunal as OLT Case File No. OLT-21-001413. As subsequently confirmed with the parties, the related additional OPA Appeal will be administratively consolidated with this Appeal and a third CMC will be scheduled concurrently.
4The Tribunal heard that City Staff have reviewed an updated proposal and that their recommendation to City Council is favourable.
5City Council will convene on May 11 and 12, 2022 to review and vote on the proposal.
6A third CMC for the parties to update the Tribunal on the status of this matter, will be held on Monday, July 4, 2022.
7A hearing of these Appeals is scheduled to commence on Monday, September 19, 2022. Five days have been set aside.

9Parties and participants are asked to log into the video hearing at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections.
