AMENDING DECISION DELIVERED BY D.S. COLBOURNE AND G. BURTON AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Replacement Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on April 07, 2022, is hereby further amended.
2By deleting the Title of Proceeding and the entirety of the Appearances and replacing it with the revised Title of Proceeding and the revised Appearances as now shown in this Amending Decision.
3In all other respects the Tribunal’s Replacement Decision and Order remains the same.
