AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY JATINDER BHULLAR
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on January 6, 2022, is hereby amended.
2By adding the Applicant/Appellant to the Appearances Section to read: “Transmetro Limited and Cachet Developments (Orangeville) Inc.”
3By deleting paragraph [1] from the Decision:
[1] This is a settlement hearing regarding appeals by Transmetro Limited (“Applicant/Appellant”). The two appeals were regarding an Official Plan Amendment (“OPA”) and a Zoning By-law Amendment (“ZBA”). Sarah Properties Ltd. is a non-appellant party.
4And replacing it with the following:
[1] This is a settlement hearing regarding appeals by Transmetro Limited and Cachet Developments (Orangeville) Inc. (collectively, the “Applicant/Appellant”). The two appeals were regarding an Official Plan Amendment (“OPA”) and a Zoning By-law Amendment (“ZBA”). Sarah Properties Ltd. is a non-appellant party.
5In all other respects the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
