THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal on March 25, 2019 and the Tribunal having issued its Decision on May 27, 2020, which approved the Zoning By-Law Amendment (“ZBA”) marked as Exhibit 2 (Tab 10) in principle and subject to agreement on the final language of the ZBA and the terms of the Site Plan being completed;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received the final version of ZBA;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the ZBA is approved as attached in ‘Schedule A’ to this Order.
