AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from Sheppard & Faywood Developments Inc., on consent, for an amendment to the September 28, 2020 Order attaching the final version of the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-laws;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Order issued on September 28, 2020 is amended by attaching Schedule 1, Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 to this Order. In all other respects, the Order remains as issued.
