INTRODUCTION
1The Tribunal conducted a Case Management Conference in this matter on March 4, 2022.
2The matters decided were as follows:

- The requests for Participant status for following individuals:

- Lakeview Ratepayers Association c/o Deborah Gross
- Marni Burns

- The setting of a hearing date.
- Completion of the Procedural Order
- The Tribunal established a hearing date for the matter
3The hearing is scheduled to proceed by video on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 10 a.m.

8With respect to the requests for status there were no concerns from the parties. Having reviewed their submissions all were granted status as requested except Ms. Goss must establish that the Lakeview Ratepayers Association is incorporated.
9With respect to the Procedural Order, Mr. Harris is to review the draft and advise the Tribunal by Friday next of his approval.
