1A third Case Management Conference ("CMC") for this case was held by VH on the identified date.
2The purpose of this CMC was to review and discuss any updates.
3The Tribunal was informed that all Parties are continuing their efforts to reach a resolution on this matter.
4The Tribunal further heard that all Parties, on consent, have agreed to Tribunal-led mediation and have formally informed the Tribunal of their intent.
5The Tribunal heard that the witness statements are due January 28, 2022 and the Parties have requested that the mediation be scheduled as early as possible in advance of the witness statement deadline.
6A hearing of the merits of this case is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 10 a.m. for a total of five (5) days.
