INTRODUCTION
1This was a Telephone Conference Call (“TCC”) to determine the reason that an added Party, the Sheppard Avenue East Community Group, had not responded to the City of Toronto’s request to finalize a Procedural Order to govern the Hearing of the Merits.
2Three persons had been granted Participant status at the TCC, Victoria Joly, Maria Cheung and Ryan Cyrus. They will remain as such until the matter is resolved.
3The Tribunal had set a ten-day hearing in 2023, with mediation if possible. However, the Parties now requested a Settlement Hearing. This will take place on December 15, 2022. A supporting Affidavit should be filed by December 12, 2022.
