AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY JATINDER BHULLAR
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on August 23, 2022, is hereby amended.
2By deleting paragraph [2] from the Decision, and replacing it with the following:
2This was a further CMC regarding the appeal by the Appellant under s. 17(40) of the Act regarding the failure of the Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to announce a decision respecting the proposed new Official Plan for the City.
3By deleting the second sentence of paragraph [3] and replacing it with the following:
3…In addition, the Appellant is also a party to two legacy appeals under s. 53(19) of the Act.
4By deleting the first sentence of paragraph [5] from the Decision, and replacing it with the following:
5Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (“TRCA”) sought party status and informed the Tribunal that they assisted the City regarding Special Policy Area (“SPA”) establishment.
5In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
