THIS MATTER having come on for a Case Management Conference and after the event, the Tribunal in its Decision issued July 12, 2022 allowed the minor variance application in part subject to the condition that the owner enter into an amending s. 37 agreement which, among other things, amends the total cash contribution to be provided and contains schedules setting out the details of the public road construction and its ultimate conveyance;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by Sequence Condos Inc. and the City of Toronto that this condition has been satisfied;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the minor variances as listed in Schedule ‘1’ of the Decision issued on July 12, 2022 are approved.
