1This first Case Management Conference (“CMC”) was conducted on October 24, 2022
2The Toronto Catholic District School Board (“TCDSB”) is seeking participant status.
3Neither the City nor NDB had objections to that request. The Tribunal grants participant status to the TCDSB.
