INTRODUCTION
1The Tribunal conducted a teleconference call as the final status hearing directed by VC Lanthier in his Memorandum of Oral Decision of March 16, 2022.
2The parties have been working diligently and have removed 2 of the 4 issues.
3The hearing is scheduled to proceed by video on Monday, November 7, 2022 to Friday, November 18, 2022 commencing at 10 a.m.
