AMENDING DECISION DELIVERED BY S. TOUSAW AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on October 7, 2022, is hereby amended.
2The Tribunal has amended the Decision under the authority of this Rule to correctly identify the hearing start date by deleting paragraph [3] from the Decision and replacing it with the following:
3For the hearing previously scheduled to commence on January 9, 2023, the Tribunal approved the revised Procedural Order (“PO”) as contained in Attachment 1 to this Decision. The City advised, on consent of the Parties, that the PO reduces the hearing length to seven weeks, delays its start – now commencing on Monday, February 6, 2023 – and revises the associated document exchange dates.
3In all other respects the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
