THESE MATTER having come on for public hearing, and the Tribunal in its Decision issued on June 7, 2019 (the “Decision”) having allowed the appeal of the zoning by-law amendment application in part, with the Tribunal’s final Order on the zoning by-law amendment to be withheld pending confirmation from the parties that the implementing instrument has been finalized and that the required conditions have been fulfilled, as set out in paragraph [35] and Attachment 1 of the Decision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having now been advised that the draft zoning by-law amendment has been finalized and that the conditions for the release of the Tribunal’s final Order on the zoning by-law amendment have been satisfied;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that:
The final form of zoning by-law amendment to former City of Etobicoke Zoning Code, as amended, and site-specific Zoning By-law Nos. 514-2003 and 191-2006, attached hereto as Attachment “1”, is approved.
The appeal of the site plan application will continue to be adjourned sine die.
The Tribunal may be spoken to in the event that some matter should arise in connection with the implementation of this Order.
