MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY T. PREVEDEL ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2021 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1The Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) convened a third Case Management Conference (“CMC”) by video hearing for the above-noted file. There are several appeals pursuant to s. 17(24) of the Planning Act against the approval by the City of Toronto (“City”) of Official Pan Amendment (“OPA”) No. 478.
2Counsel for the City, Ms. Bisset, updated the Tribunal on progress in this matter. Settlement discussions are continuing in good faith. A staff report was submitted to City Council in July 2021, but it remains confidential until such time as these ongoing discussions are concluded.
3The Parties requested the Tribunal schedule a subsequent CMC in advance of the upcoming Hearing of the Merits to review the results of the settlement discussions.

6Parties and Participants are asked to log into the video hearing at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections
